Amazing Duffle, Amazing Customer Service, A brand that stands by their product.
I purchased this duffle based on one of their online advertisements. When I received the product, I was relieved that this duffle lived up to the reviews. It's sturdy, spacious, compact, elegant, well laid out and practical. Finding a duffle that holds your laptop safely, especially a leather one, is difficult. This duffle hits on almost all marks. I'm a bigger guy, and the only thing I was hoping for was a larger shoulder strap, but that won't diminish the 5-star rating since it works as intended. If you are on the bigger foot side, use the shoe compartments for flat sandals or put your shoes in first before packing your bag to understand better how much space you have. When I reached out with questions on my order, JC's customer service was immediate to respond as well as provided additional follow-ups and alternate options to ensure that I was left completely satisfied with their products. It's a rarity to get personal care like this nowadays without it being some type of automated AI response.
AWESOME DUFFLE BAG
I bought one for my wife for Valentine's Day and she adores it. The leather quality is top drawer, and there are compartments and pockets for about anything you can imagine. It's the perfect size for a carry-on or just a weekend travel bag. Love it!
Big, beautiful bag
I ordered two. They are handsome and beautifully made, heirloom quality. My wife thought the design was pretty masculine, so I used "hers" to organize my pilot gear, which it does perfectly. The other one accompanied us to Italy. The wide strap that fits over the handle of a rolling suitcase is handy. This bag is BIG. It takes some restraint not to put a lot of stuff in, making it uncomfortably heavy on the shoulder. (Don't ask me how I know.) Don't assume your airline will allow the León AND a roll-aboard as cabin luggage. This big boy exceeds many airlines' dimensions for a "personal item." You might have to check the roll-aboard. You wouldn't want to check this one--it's too nice. John, please make a smaller, under-seat bag next!
