Shipping, Refund, Exchange and Warranty Policy

Domestic and Canada Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Except during peak holiday season when it can be up to 5 business days.
  • Free domestic ground shipping on all orders
  • Free shipping to Canada on orders $150 or more
  • Shoe box size and larger is mostly with UPS or DHL. Smaller items, very rural areas, PO Boxes, HI, AK, PR, AE and AP is all USPS or DHL. 

International Shipping Policy

  • All orders to Canada over $150 are free shipping with UPS. If you'd prefer USPS please let us know.
  • If you country is not listed as an option during the checkout process please message us for a quote.
  • Our terms of sale for international orders are FOB Destination. This means that you pay all duties or taxes.  
  • International orders will incur S&H charges on returns and exchanges.

US Refund and Exchange Policy

All John Candor products come with a 30 day return / 60 days for store credit, and 60 day exchange (Exceptions listed below). We will email you a shipping label for one shipment and product must be dropped off at USPS/UPS within 15 calendar days of receiving the return shipping label via email.

  • Item(s) are eligible for refund to the original payment method for 30 calendar days starting on the delivery date per the tracking number. For store credit, 60 days from delivery date.
  • For a full refund - product must be in new condition with no signs of wear and tear, no new creases in the leather, tags still attached and for shoes shipped back in the shoe box. A restocking fee ($5-$15) will be deducted from the refund if the product can be resold but entire package is not returned in new condition. If the product is not resaleable (ie new creases, stains) then it doesn't qualify for a refund. 
  • Exchanges - product must be in new condition with no signs of wear and tear, no new creases in the leather, tags still attached and for shoes shipped back in the shoe box.
  • If you return or exchange an item(s) more than once or cancel an order after it's been shipped, you will be charged a restocking fee of $30 (shoebox or larger) and $15 (smaller than shoebox) to help cover S&H.
  • Exceptions - Balms, Clearance, 50% off or greater, free item in BOGO free, Kickstarter orders, Pre-Orders, Factory Seconds (see below), and Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or price adjustments once shipped. 
  • Factory Seconds - Product must be in the same condition you received it in and a $40 S&H fee (shoe box or larger) and $20 S&H fee (smaller than shoebox) will be applied.
  • Shipping costs selected and paid for by the customer aren't refundable
  • Products created for collaborations or special events cannot be returned for store credit.
  • Our returns take up to 10 business days to process after we receive the package. Please note that it may take additional time to post to your account depending on your financial institution. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • Undeliverable or Insufficient shipping address (determined by shipping company) will incur S&H fee once returned to us.

    Warranty

    • All products have a 3 year warranty
    • All products come with a factory defect warranty
    • Normal expected wear and tear is not covered
    • Using the product in a way that is not intended or designed for is not covered
