The Dallas is our first design and is masterfully handcrafted by 3rd Generation Custom shoemakers in Medellin, Colombia out of hand selected premium full-grain leather and other hand-selected materials. They're incredibly soft and flexible, light and have slip resistant soles
Each pair of John Candors has orthotic insoles and leather lined interiors for ultra comfort and breathability. The leather will mold to your foot over a few days and you'll often forget you're even wearing shoes. That's how light and comfortable they are!
Wear these shoes on any occasion with or without socks. Each pair of John Candors is designed to be supportive, breathable, light weight, and ultra-comfortable for all day walking, standing, sitting and the occasional run.

High-end Leather & Stitching
Nothing but the best Colombian full grain and top grain leathers that have been carefully selected by us. Each hide painstakingly sculpted and hand cut to produce full leather uppers, internal linings, and lined insoles which enhances breathability and comfort.
24/7 Comfort & Support (Orthotic Insole)
Created by a podiatrist with professional athletes in mind in order to prevent foot and back fatigue on their days off. Specifically designed to provide shock absorption in both the heel and forefoot pads when recovering between competitions. Made out of breathable, ultra-soft, flexible Polyurethane Foam for unprecedented all-day comfort. Plus, each insole is enhanced with antimicrobial properties to keep your feet feeling and smelling fresh.
Eco-Conscious Leather & Soles
Our certified leather tanners incorporate on-site water treatment plants that recycle, purify, and reuse the water needed for the curing and tanning process. We also use recyclable plastics in our soles, water-based adhesives, and recycled materials in our packaging. Learn more about our green initiatives under Who We Are.
Two Sets of Laces (Different Colors)
Standard with each pair and giving you the option to change it up at your leisure (additional colored laces are available for purchase as add-ons).
Slip Resistant
Lightweight anti-slip tread combines with a really freakin' cool outsole (making these shoes perfect for daily commutes, traveling plans, & almost any terrain, weather, & occasion).

Light on your feet and light in your bag, each pair of John Candors weigh less than 2 pounds (907 grams) making them extremely versatile from work to social outings, and everything in between.

Your feet are made to move, to bend, & to flex in its natural movement. Your shoe shouldn't impede that. Don't torture your feet with rigid footwear.

It takes an entire team of artisans almost 200 steps to handcraft each pair of made-to-order John Candors. It’s not the easiest or cheapest method, but we’re committed to classic construction techniques that stand the test of time and highlight the artistry of the craftsman.

We don’t pick our product out of a catalog, add our brand to it and resell it to you. We’ve taken the time to design, learn, research and personally look into all of the people and companies we partner with to source raw materials and make our products. We strive to go above and beyond, make thoughtful choices, and double-check details to produce the highest quality product for our customers.

Size Guide
Available Sizes: US 8-15.
Fits true to size (Based on the brannock device).
If you're normally a range with other brands, we recommend selecting the larger size with ours.
Our dress sneaker design has a narrow toe box and we do not have wide sizes. If you usually buy wide we recommend trying 1/2 size up. Unfortunately if you're always an EE or larger ours won't fit.
Our shoes come with orthotic insoles which are thicker than regular flat insoles. If you wear thick socks we recommend going 1/2 size up.
